The staff were so friendly and quick to help.
The pool deck was dangerously slippery, which led to multiple near-accidents. The fridge was barely functional, only acting more like a cooler than anything else. It was frustrating that we couldn't take any drinks to the pool deck from our room, especially since we were stuck with overpriced drinks in bottles.

Not exactly what I expected
I found the infinity pool captivating, offering stunning city views. The beds were oh-so-comfortable, ensuring restful nights. furthermore, the staff always greeted us with genuine smiles.
Though ranging from excellent to frustrating, including bringing a motorbike for rent proved challenging. A few amenities, like wifi, needed improvement to match the overall ambiance.

The staff from the front desk to housekeeping stood out during my stay. The coffee at the Diamond Cafe was top-notch, making my mornings delightful. I particularly enjoyed the chef's lovely omelette, adding a personal touch to breakfast.

Perfect for couples seeking relaxation
Had a fantastic time. I was really blown away by how the staff went above and beyond. The pool and gym really stole the show, especially the view from the top floor. It was fine, every evening I just sat there soaking it all in. Bar service was also quite decent when compared to its competitors, I was surprised.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but the experience was well worth it.
